The house is being rebuilt. Leave your address and we’ll write once, when dates open — nothing is booked or charged today.
We are rebuilding this house properly, which is why it is closed and why we would rather open late than open half-done. Write to us any time; we usually reply the same day, and we will tell you honestly whether the house suits your group. Dogs stay free.

Quick answers
Is anything booked or charged now?
No. The house is closed while it is rebuilt, so nothing can be booked and nothing is charged. Leaving your address means one email from us, when dates open, and nothing else.
When does the house open?
Dates open in 2027. The month is not set yet. The one email we send will say when.
How many people does it sleep?
A king in the primary suite, a queen in each of the two other bedrooms, and four bunks in the Cove — 10 in all. A pull-out sofa in the Hollow is planned but not yet built, so it is not counted.
How do we reach you?
Call or text (347) 719-2210, or email stay@lakehousekaia.com.
